Week 3 AIP Elimination Phase Meal Plan

Week 3 of the elimination phase of the AIP diet and I had an Irish fry and learnt how to make pate. A good week! Things are starting to get a bit easier too. I wizzed through ‘batch cooking’ my breakfast supplies and bone broth. Are you feeling the same way?

Monday Smoothie Roasted butternut squash and leek soup Chicken in mushroom sauce with sweet potato mash and broccoli
Tuesday Homemade Burgers with vegetable hash and sauerkraut Chicken in mushroom sauce with sweet potato mash and broccoli Garlic and dill Salmon on  noodles
Wednesday Homemade Burgers with vegetable hash and sauerkraut Lambs Liver pate  and crudites Boiled bacon,  turnip  and colcannon
Thursday Smoothie Boiled bacon, turnip and colcannon Irish lamb mince stew with AIP spuds
Friday Homemade Burgers with vegetable hash and sauerkraut Irish lamb mince stew with AIP spuds Chicken nuggets and chips with ‘slaw’
Saturday Smoothie Chicken salad Beef burgers with roasted veg and salad
Sunday Irish Fry Tuna lettuce cups Roast beef with roasted veg

(This AIP shopping list is for two adults. Generally, I make dinners for 4 people and use the left overs for lunch.)
